Tips before you print

  • Discord invites expire after 7 days unless you change it. When you make the invite, choose Edit invite link and set Expire after to Never before you print.
  • Check Max number of uses is set to No limit, or the code stops working once enough people join.
  • With Editable, swap in a new invite later without reprinting.

Yes. Discord asks them to sign in or create an account before they join.

Why does my Discord QR code say the invite is invalid?

The invite has expired or reached its use limit. Make a new invite that never expires. An Editable code can be pointed at it; a Locked code has to be reprinted.

Does a Discord QR code expire?

A Locked code never expires, because everything is stored inside the image. An Editable code has no renewal fee and keeps working. Only a free QR stops, 2 days after download.

Is it free?
