About SortedQR
QR codes you pay for once, then stop thinking about.
Why we built it
Most QR code sites give you a "free" code, then switch it off when a trial ends or a subscription lapses. Menus, flyers and business cards that were already printed stop working. People only find out when a customer tells them.
SortedQR works the other way round. You can make a free QR that works for 2 days, for a quick test or a one-off. For anything you print, you pay once. There is no monthly plan to cancel and nothing that quietly stops working.
Two ways to keep a code
- Locked, $4.99 once. Everything is stored inside the image. It never touches our servers, so it keeps working even if SortedQR disappears.
- Editable, $7.99 once. The code points to a short SortedQR link, so you can change where it goes and see scans. You edit it with a code we email to your linked address.
How we keep Editable links alive
Each Editable link costs us a fraction of a cent a year to serve. Part of every payment goes into keeping the redirect service running. If SortedQR ever had to close, we would give every Editable owner [12 months] notice and a way to send their link's visitors to a destination of their choice. [Founder to confirm this commitment.]
