Common questions

  • Edit an Editable code: use Edit my QR. We email you a 6-digit code.
  • Lost access to your linked email: email us from the address on your receipt. We check the code is yours before moving it.
  • A code will not scan: send us a photo of the printed code and the phone you used.
  • Refunds: see our refund policy.
  • Tax invoice or business details: reply to your receipt email with your business name and tax ID.
